Topic: 3 MONTHS TODAY !!

1	murfsmom Tue 6/3/2008 7:30p	i'm sure every one had hoped they heard the last of the "murfsmom/aladdin pre-show entertainment that left me on crutches for about 8 weeks, well no one wishes that more than i do !it's not healing the way it should or there was something wrong that the x rays didn't see because i can't walk with out limping, it aches and it swells when i'm on it long, ok let me just say i'm sooooooooo done with this ! it's been 3 months today !!!!! i go to the dr again next monday, i'm really getting frustrated i try and think positive and be cheerful but i ran out of cheerful a couple weeks ago ! now i'm at the cranky,depressed level, at least disney could give me hazard pay for my pre show entertainment, i AM the walking wounded here !! LOL but i haven't heard from them, imagine that not even a get well card !! yikes my claws are showing, do i sound cranky, mad and just plain angry ? well i am !! sorry i had to vent !! stay tuned for the next episode of "" murfsmom's "the fractured foot"

7	davewasbaloo Wed 6/4/2008 1:05a	Oh Murfsmom, I did not know. I feel so sorry for this. Do you want me to draft a legal letter to Disney on your behalf, maybe they would take action then? I am so sorry to hear about your discomfort and pain, I had thought due to the lack of updates that you were getting better. BIG HUGS. If there is anything I can do, please let me know. You are a bright angel in all of our lives and I cannot bear the thought of you being in so much pain. Fingers crossed all goes well with the doctors.

9	LuLu Wed 6/4/2008 7:30a	A letter from an attorney might get them moving! I would suggest to be real specific about what you want - if you want them to pay your medical bills then state that. Otherwise they'll ignore you, or just send a canned reply. I hope you get some satisfaction from them.
10	murfsmom Wed 6/4/2008 7:31a	DWB- thanks for the offer,but i have a friend who's daughter works in the legal dept at disney, she explained how to write the letter and etc but also said"don't hold your breath" !! i don't want anything except better crowd control when they open the doors to the theaters instead of a free for all with everyone running and pushing ! everyone has told me the same thing, that unless it's something major and you threaten to go to the media, it's"get in line", i've been quiet about my foot because i kept thinking it would get better and i guess after 3 months you just reach a breaking point !! sorry to everyone for venting so much,i had a really bad day with it yesterday and just had to to get it out of my system !!!
