...has gone to meet her maker at long last. Remember the spiel by the Ghost Host as you enter the seance room about her knack for contacting the disembodied?

Ain't there no mo'.

Wasn't there this past weekend nor was it there about a month ago.

Anyone have a clue as to why?

maybe it is because someones other half never returns emails anymore so someone contacted the Ghost Host hoping that would get a message sent to the one who has become disembodied.

BUT that is just a guess =)
I am often wrong

I noticed that it was missing (along with a lot of the other naration through out the attraction) the last time I rode it, which was probably in late April.

When I rode it for the first time in '91, I don't recall a lot of narration from the Ghost Host...I remember him leaving us in the Conservatory and coming back at the end of the ride.

I know that additional dialog was added for the Mansion's 30th.

Has the Ghost Host ALWAYS had narration for the pre- and post-Leota segments?

That additional narration was recorded way back when during Paul Frees' initial Ghost Host recordings - but then was nixed by the original Imagineering team as it was thought to interrupt the flow of the show. It was re-introduced at the same time the attic "I dos..." were implemented - but apparently there was never any official OK by the "higher ups" for it and it was again removed from his narration...

I think I 'member something like that when the Mansion had a refurb a few years ago to welcome the Bride's many grooms.

Btw, Brian, I sent you an email...have you received it yet?
