First, I must say how much I love listening to LP Radio while at work.

I wasn't sure who to contact about this. For the past few days The Original Broadway Cast: Little Mermaid Overture has been playing more and more. Today, I've heard it 3 times in the last hour. It seems like a lot of the songs that I've heard in the past haven't been playing. Mostly it's just the same handful of songs over and over.

I'm not complaining...I just wanted to let someone know in case this isn't intentional.

Anyway, thanks again for helping me get through my work week! :-)

Sorry that was playing more than it should've been. We actually updated the playlis today so hopefully it goes away. Sorry about that.

Doobie.

We noticed that, too. It was kind of funny after a while. We had fun with it, though. Mrs. DLTheo would email me at work to let me know when it was playing, and when we listened at night we'd make a big deal every time it came on - "Ooh, guess what's playing! Little Mermaid Overture!!!" But actually, we never got tired of hearing. If anything it grew on us, but it was still kind of funny! :)

Thanks Doobie and Rebekkah!

What's the rationale beyond the announcement that says "There be squirrels ahead" from time to time. :)

It sounds like it's a play on the POTC spiel, but I'm not understanding the squirrel reference.

I am absolutely LOVING LP Radio. Thank you so much for this service.

Is it in an actual song, or is it like a between song advertisement?

Didn't FanBoy mention on a podcast that he thought it was "Thar be squirrels ahead" on the POTC ride, not "squalls"?

I'm listening to LP Radio and haven't heard it yet.

oooh!!! Trashin' the Camp from Tarzan! LOVE THIS SONG!!!!!

All the Tarzan songs are great! Wish I was able to listen!

The squirrels thing is a promo, not a song. I thought it was pretty funny, but my family don't seem to appreciate it the way I do. I had forgotten about Fanboy's "squirrel" faux paux. that must be where it came from!

xPPx, you are a genius! That HAS to be it! How cute is that??!?!? I can just see people making that mistake....LOL! Now I'll think of it everytime I'm on the ride...

...there be squirrels ahead....

The "Tep Menorum Dance" has got me kinda wiggin' here. Not sure what the reference is. Not sure what it would rate on American Bandstand.

"Dick, I like the rhythm, but I can't dance to it anyway. I give it a 3."
All times are Pacific Time (US)
