| Elderp Tue 6/17/2008 3:05p | My question is A) would've it been just as good had you not been given media credentials and B) how long would you be willing to wait for it for the first time and second time. |

| Doobie Tue 6/17/2008 3:35p | The first two times I rode it it was without any credentials. I waited, if I recall correctly, about 20 minutes the first time and 35-45 minutes the second time. But that wasn't at all related to why I didn't like it, the wait went really fast and I think I'm able to judge a ride independently of how long I've waited for it. It's hard for me to say how long a ride is worth waiting, it depends on so many factors. I'd be willing to wait any amount of time for a Disney ride the first time as I want to go on all Disney rides. But if I were going to WDW tomorrow with some people who hadn't been on it, I'd have no qualms about waiting up to an hour for it and no problem recommending to them they wait that long. I don't think they'd be disappointed.
I would say Everest and Soarin' are worth as long or even a longer wait, but no other recent ride or ride redo at WDW I can think of is worth that wait.

When we got into the FP line at our return time, they told us it would be an hour wait. By now, Disney geniuses should know how many FPs to hand out in a particular time slot. We all (9 of us) really loved the ride though. My aim was much better at TSMM than at the Buzz shoot em up. |

| dennis-in-ct Tue 6/17/2008 5:34p | I loved this ride!!!
We waited for over 2 hours in stand-by and I just loved it. My rule is to never wait more than an hour but I had no choice if I was going to experience this at all. I mean, Gay Days has so much going on that the parks are low on the list - expect Sat.
<<< My aim was much better at TSMM than at the Buzz shoot em up. >>>
Agreed.
The next day we went on Buzz Lightyear and I felt it was very lame now that I experienced TSM.
I was wondering if the Buzz show building had some very light fog effects if the ride experience would be better. I mean, what frustrated me on Buzz after expereincing TSM was that I couldn't see where my laser shots were going. I think the fog in the show building would catch the light of the laser beams to add a little more "feeling" of control.
Anyway ... LOVED LOVED LOVED it ... I can't understand why people are saying there should be AA's inside the show building. That wouldn't make sense. It's not the point of the ride.

| Spirit of 74 Tue 6/17/2008 6:31p | I honestly think WDI nailed the target on this one (for a change).
I haven't read one negative review ... and most are glowing (and from folks I respect) that you wouldn't necessarily expect from a D-Ticket type experience.
I still think I'll wait until Florida's miserable summer is over, or get to DCA first, to experience it.

| Skellington88 Tue 6/17/2008 7:39p | It's a decent ride but certainly not worth waiting 20 minutes for |
