The continental breakfast at the fairfeild was okay. They had Muffins, waffles, (the waffles were not good though, they were eggo's.)cearal, toast and danish's, bagels, coffee, ( the coffee was good and they had flavored coffee cream.) jucie and milk. Bree found an egg bacon bisquit on our last day there. They were in a little fridge, we just didn't see them. On our second day we went to Islands of Adventure. It had better rides than Universal Studios. Brandon and Bree loved the dragon roller coaster. The line was short so they went on it twice. The hulk roller coaster was an hour wait so Logan and I walked around and saw the Marvel Heros parade. Logan got his picture with Wolverine. I was unsure about going on roller coasters because my purse was so heavy it made me a little sore. I had a hysterectomy 6 months ago. A week after surgury I ruptured and they had to do surgery again, so it was a long recovery. My doctor did give me the okay to go on them. I lighted my purse and put stuff in our backpack. We all went on Spiderman. It was simulated. It was really fun. The cartoon Lagoon section was really cute. We all went on Popeye's water ride. Brandon and Logan got soaked. They went right under a waterfall. Bree and I got wet too, but mostly just the bottom half. The Jurasic park ride was fun too. Doctor Suess section was really cute too. We took lots of pictures. I had to drag the kids on the cat in the hat book ride because I used to read them that book. Bree and I thought it was cute. Brandon wasn't to thrilled about going on it but he was a good sport and even thought it was okay. The kids went on Doctor Dreadful falls ans said it was too short. We ate dinner at Comic Strip Cafe. It was really cute. It had the old comic strips on the wall. Like Annie, Blondie, Nancy, Marvin, Beetle Baily, ect. There were lots of choices there too. Bree and I split chinese plate. It was big enough for both of us and only $8.00. Brandon and Logan split Pizza. Then it started raining. We headed back to the hotel and swam at the pool. It was nice because there wasn't many people there. We met a nice family from South Carolina. Then we just relaxed in our room and went to bed.

I like how it doesn't seem like you push it each day. Enjoying the sun and resort pool has become half the fun of our vacations the past few times.

If you could only do one of IOA or Universal which would you recommend? We love WDW but our kids want to try other places in ORlando (how dare they, I know). In Feb we tried Sea World (It was nice, but we weren't thrilled)

sun-n-fun IOA had much better rides. I liked Toon Lagoon. The spiderman ride was cool. To me DW is much better. Kids thought so too.
