Topic: My PAP expires today:o(

1	iamsally Tue 6/24/2008 6:19p	After much thought and consideration; DH and I decided not to renew our Disneyland Annual Passes this year. I have had it uninterrupted for 5 seasons now. We really do not have another trip planned until the International Meet in '09 and will probably not renew until a few months before that depending on when we decide to go again. We have plans to do some of the things we love to do in the summer and haven't lately cuz we are always going to Disneyland. But I will miss it terribly. Hopefully absence will make the heart grow even fonder. I was just looking at today's date and realized what it was and felt like I wanted to share this.
2	Lisann22 Tue 6/24/2008 6:31p	Same boat iamsally. Mine expired earlier in the month. I had a PAP for 7 straight years. Now? Who knows. I plan to go at Christmas but I won't be buying a PAP. Live too far away now. ;< I've been a bit Disneylanded-out so I really don't mind. I need to feel excited to go again. I think I over did it the past several years.

8	gottaluvdavillains Tue 6/24/2008 7:41p	Okay guys my Pap was fine --- on the other hand My Premium Annual Pass expired last month - it is driving my nuts - I have booked a package for July and will upgrade for a new one then!
9	liveforvacations Tue 6/24/2008 8:07p	I think I know how you feel Iamsally, kind of, sort of. We actually got an Annual Pass this year as we went in October for 11 days and knew that we would return in the same year so it was totally worth it. We don't know anyone with APs and most of the people where we live don't even know they exist! We spent another 10 days there in May and I am going in September with my best friend to celebrate our 40th birthdays. Then our pass will expire and I have promised my husband that we will go somewhere else for our next vacation as he really wants to do something else other than Disneyland and he has been a really good sport indulging my passion/obsession. One part of me agrees with him and I look forward to new experiences and then the other part of me does not know how she is going to stay away from Disneyland! This May I felt good leaving Disneyland knowing that I was going home to book my September trip but this trip I know my last day is going to be so hard! I'm just so glad I found all of you here at Laughing Place!
10	Ursula Wed 6/25/2008 12:25a	You know what? I can't even recall the last time I went to DL. I drove past it on Memorial Day... I haven't seen any of the new construction for TSMM since well before you could see what it was going to be... I am going in July, though.
