Day 6
I woke up about 2 hours before my kids did everyday. Logan was usally up after an hour. So I would get ready, go eat breakfast, go back and take Logan to breakfast when he got up. It was nice waking up to broadway Music everyday. It was some quiet mom time. Today we headed to MK. When we got there we saw Jimminy Cricket and got our picture with him. We walked along Main st. and went into some of the stores. They had some really beautiful collectables in there. We got fast passes for Splash Moutain. Then went on Space Moutain, Stitch, saw the Monster inc show. That was funny. I liked the joke about Cinderella. Why isn't Cindella good at soccer? Because she runs away from the ball. went on Haunted Mansion. It was better with the update on it. It didn't look as run down. We saw Philar Magic. I love that show. The ariel part is my favorite. POC was closed. But I knew that before we got there. We saw Woody's Round up. Woody was dancing with Jessie and Bullseye. Brandon and Logan sat down and played checkers by the shooting arcade. We wathched this guy feed an egert some of his sandwich. Then we went on Splash Mountain. Of course when we got off it was raining. We waited for a little while then headed for the Plaza where we were eating dinner. The Plaza was delicious! I had the chicken and strawberry salad. So Good! There pickles were really good too. Logan's hamburger was too small for him. He is not a big eater and usally kid meals are fine for him. This was a pretty small hamburger. Bree and Brandon had sandwiches and liked them. The kids had ice cream for dessert. Very pretty resteraunt. Glad we went here. It was on Main st. and I never noticed it before. Brandon and Logan went back to Music resort to go to the arcade and go swimming. Bree and I stayed and went on peter pan even with the 40 min. wait. It's one of my favorite rides, since I lived in L.A as a child. We were going to stay and watch the parade, but it was raining and we didn't feel like sitting in the rain. We were already cold. So we went shopping for a while then headed back too. When we got back Logan had gotten a lava lamp from the arcade and a whoopie cushion. Logan thought if he left his whoopie cushion on the bed the maid might sit on it. We enjoyed the piano pool. It was not as crowded as the guaitar pool. We got back to our room just in time to see Sierra Boggess on the Tony awards singing Part of your World, from the little Mermaid. I thought I would miss it and forgot all about it so that was a nice surprise. I saw The Little Mermaid on broadway in Dennver last August and loved it! Ariel is my favorite charactor. Another fun day at DW!
