1	LuLu Sat 6/28/2008 10:37a	Hi friends! Our exciting meet is just three weeks away! I had a thought to make our check-in process at DL easier for me. If we can break into groups with leaders who will check in and know who's in their group, that should streamline things, and avoid any gate crashers. One good thing, most of us will have met at another of the July Meets before this one, so we'll know by sight many in the group already. But please do bring your ID just in case there are any conflicts or imposters ;-) We already have one large group coming from the HoJo's direction. I'll probably appoint another leader as I think 8-10 per group will be easily manageable. (Thanks 999 for agreeing to be my first team leader!) Finally, my action points! 1) If you are coming from the HoJo's direction and have signed up to join that walking group, or would like to, please check THAT topic and make sure your info is current. 2) If you're coming from another hotel or by car, please sign in on THIS topic as to where you'll be coming from and I'll see if we can coordinate some groups. I know many of you are more than willing to help in any way. I do appreciate that! However, I need to appoint group leaders who I know personally. I'll probably contact some people by email when I start to envision some groups. Thanks all!

So if you have others you want to sit with who are coming from a different direction, please don't hesitate to sign up for a group. Thanks!

So I'll be able to see at a glance - I'm also going to ask that you check "I am attending" below, put the number in your party, and which hotel (or put "parking lot" ;-). If you're not sure if you're walking or driving (like me) then put in your best guess like I did!
