although that said, it lost a lot of it's charm when the Crazy Horse, Jazz Club, New Year's Party and the Dancers went away. It is about 3 years overdue at least. It is a real shame. Now unless I am going to La Nouba, the due for closure Disneyquest or a gig at HOB, I will not bother with DTD if I ever go to WDW.
It's a real shame. |

I also like Wolfgang Pucks (is that still there)? |

| X-san Sun 6/29/2008 5:22a | Yup.
But for me WP is an unusual treat. ;)
Disney dropped the ball decades ago, really, with all the outsourcing.
PI is just a forgotten casualty that didn't want to die so soon. |

Dave - that is an exaggeration. There are precisely two Wolfgang Puck Cafes in CA - one at South Coast Plaza (Costa Mesa) and one at Universal Citywalk. Puck has a host of other concepts across the country but the bulk of them are still restricted to casinos (and not just Vegas - he is also in Atlantic City and Detroit) like Chinois, Postrio and Trattoria del Lupo. |

Do you mean Wildhorse Saloon? If so did you even go there? It was an awful place - bad food and terrible entertainment that just tried to capitalize on the alleged popularity of country and western at the time. Thankfully it died a death very quickly. |

| X-san Sun 6/29/2008 6:31a | I went there once.
I had fun. Don't really recall the food at all, but the entertainment seemed entertaining (I'm not much of a country and western guy though lol).
Nothing special, I guess. Seemed like an okay place though. |
