I for one would like to throw out the idea of bringing the Adventures Club to Downtown Disney Anaheim. If they put it between HOB and Tortilla Joes it would be a great location. They have alot more space to work with if it goes there. So the capacity would be much greater. I really think this is one of the few entertainment offerings that would work great in California. Disneyland has something like 800,000 Aps. So attracting repeat guest would be pretty easy. And Downtown Disney lacks any real entertainment. What do you think???

I would like it but would APs pay for it?

It would be cool, but likely won't happen since Disney is dismantling Pleasure Island as I type this.

It sounds like the Premium AP Lounge we never had.

And that would never turn a profit.

Forget making it a premium experience. Just bring it here and make it a cover charged entertainment venue, and let everyone go to it. I think it would be fantastic. I really wish they could figure out some way to turn it into a format that would work here. Probably can't, which is so sad, but man, wouldn't it be great if they could save it by exporting it to Anaheim?

I love the Adventurer's Club. It was really the only thing that I ever cared to visit at Pleasure Island. I'm very sorry that it is going away. It was really the only thing at Pleasure Island that was a truly uniquely "Disney" entertainment experience.

If they do decide to move it to LA, how much do you want to bet that they claim it was part of their master plan all along. lol.

i wouldn't mind transporting it here to california. I bet there are alot of locals plus disney fans and APs who would love this experiance. I was also saddened to hear that it is going to yesterland. I've only been a couple of times but it was so much fun!

How about turning Aladdin's Oasis into a version of the Adventurer's Club? The entertainment would be covered by park admission and the alcohol would be a welcome addition to the park. It's win-win.

Eeeww... there are plusses and minuses to that idea. But I vote for keeping the alcohol out of the park. And besides, a truly complete replacement of the A.C. would be really expensive to run, what with all the multiple shows and performers and all, and I don't think they could justify the cost of it being absorbed into park admissions alone. Heck, look at what's going on in the Golden Horseshoe saloon, for what it's worth. Can't even get a real full, multi performer and multi musician show in there anymore. The venue has been relegated to a place where they do birthday events or as a stage for acts like Billy Hill. Not that I am criticizing Billy Hill, who are great. Just not the same like the good old days when there was an actual bonafide song and dance and comedy review type ex-trav-eee-ganza in there. Just too expensive to pull off these days, I guess. Which is why I vote for making the Adventurer's Club a fully cover charged separate venue in Downtown Disney.

Love the idea! This is one of the very few things I would pay to get into on a regular basis at DTD.
