No, Jungle Cruise never had one...

In Disneyland, Pirates used to, The Haunted Mansion used to offer it year round, but now only offers it during the Holiday version. Winnie the Pooh used to have one. Star Tours used to have one. Also they set up a temporary set for a few years for just the Holiday version of "it's a small world", but that has been discontinued.

In DCA, Muppet*Vision 3D and It's Tough to be a Bug had them, as did Who Wants to be a Millionaire, Play It!

Aladdin at the Hyperion had a FastPass "like" system, but you did not need to place your admission ticket/media into a machine, just get in a line and get one from a CM, as they were pre-printed (but looked just like a FP). Also, there have been "Surprise" FP's, where a FP machine would issue you 2 FP's, one for the main attraction, then print out one for HISTA as a "bonus", even though it made no difference in your wait, it was more for getting more traffic to the secondary attraction.

The Matterhorn has never had FP.

The Matterhorn sort of has one big line that splits off into two lines. The Fastpass entry point could have been right in the middle, where the line diverges left and right.

But really, I'm glad the Matterhorn doesn't have Fastpass. I don't think the area could support the machines and still look natural.

I remember receiving bonus fastpasses for Haunted Mansion with Splash Mountain fastpasses. I think they might have also given bonus passes for Star Tours too.

What year was FP's introduced?

No matter, 7 or 8 years and Crapshoot is still FastPass free baby!

Never did it and never will.

Fastpass was a real help when you could get unlimited passes with a WDTC package and later with AAA. Without those unlimited passes, I'm pretty fastpass free too. Timing them and trying to make the most of them seems to be a bigger waste of time and fun than the lines are. Once in a while they come in useful like when you want to ride Splash Mountain in the heat of the day. (But I much prefer riding Splash Mountain over and over with no lines at closing anyway.)
