| Liberty Belle Thu 5/11/2006 7:28p | I actually thought a couple of weeks ago when I was looking at merchandise "I hope they don't make the Autopia cars 'Cars'-style". It just doesn't seem right for that attraction. |

| bean Thu 5/11/2006 9:44p | i haven't heard any mention of Disneylands Autopia being redone with a "CARS" theme. I have heard that Hong Kong Disneylands will most likely will. |

| berol Thu 5/11/2006 10:28p | It'd be kinda cool if the cars could talk to each other, yell LOOK OUT! if you get within 8 feet, something like that. But I don't expect an update to happen, either. |

| SIR at X-S Tech Thu 5/11/2006 11:28p | Nope. But I hear that the Cars/Test Track attraction has been officially greenlit for DCA. Not announced of course, so who knows. |

| Butters Fri 5/12/2006 1:59p | Yeah, I also heard about the Test Track Style Cars Attraction for DCA.
But with Finding Nemo on the way, and Astro Blasters already making waves, Tomorrowland could be the perfect spot for another Pixar Attraction! |

| SIR at X-S Tech Fri 5/12/2006 2:44p | I highly doubt that Lasseter would be happy overlaying Pixar characters onto current attractions. That's the 90's Disney mentality, of not building exciting new attractions, just taking successful ones and exploiting them with little effort for maximum profit. That's not what Pixar is about at all. I think had Lasseter and crew been in charge a few years ago we wouldn't have the Buzz Lightyear and Monsters and Nemo attractions that we do, I think they'd be bigger better and more appropriately placed. |

| Jim in Merced CA Fri 5/12/2006 2:56p | Why are talking Chevron cars okay for Tomorrowland?
But talking Pixar cars are NOT okay for Tomorrowland?
What's the difference? They both seem a bit off theme-wise. |

| SIR at X-S Tech Fri 5/12/2006 3:06p | I'm not validating the Chevron cars either. In fact I think they should be futuristic cars driving through an alien landscape. At least the Chevron cars themselves are limited to the queue area. The cars you drive in are not Chevron cars with eyes and mouths. Perhaps if Pixar did an overlay it would just be a matter of retheming the queue, and that would be no worse than what's there now. |

| APL Sat 5/13/2006 9:45p | Nope. No truth. Unfortunately, for disney, they could make a lot of money. |

| SIR at X-S Tech Sun 5/14/2006 10:04a | How could Disney make money by overlaying Cars on Autopia? Doesn't Disney make more money with Chevron sponsoring it in it's current mode than by expending money to change it for thier own film? |
