Tue 7/20/2004 2:25a | ive seen the show a vieuw days ago, and i must say its a very entertaining show, i really felt like i was in neverland!
their are some nice effects, like a big canon shot with smoke out of the canon and than, BAMM!! a very big splash coming over the audience, and not just a bit, no! really a lot of water!!
their are pixie dust lights all over the boat, and explotion when peter arrives, the little boat with captain hook and mr. smee and ofcourse the cool crocodile!
ohw yeah i almost forgot to mention the pirates who falls in the water!
i really must admit that dlrp has done a great job on this one again! |

Wed 7/21/2004 7:05a | The show is nice indeed. The only thing I don't like about it is that there are many dialogues and almost all are in French. It's really difficult to follow the story, especially for non-frenchspeaking kids. |

but it stays like this i dont think its the biggest problem, i know i was a little kid watching the beauty and the beast show and even as i didnt understood it i was just watcing to the characters and listening to the songs (that i still reconiced)
so i think the problem is bigger for adults then for kids |

I am so happy to see DLP dedicating budget to add on to the overall experience (a la Tokyo) and I would love to come over soon and check this out. I am very impressed with the croc in the water! Also, I wonder about Hook's new look. This is the same way Hook looks on TDL's One Man's Dream 2, and was wondering if they have ditch the head in favor of the "real" person look. |

At Paris, they are still using the masked character for Meet 'n' Greets (this past weekend, Hook was very conspicuous!). I guess it is easier for an actor to be made up and perform. Also, Hook actually climbs the rope from the rowboat, and I can't imagine that would be easy with a mask!
Speaking of characters, the new Timon in the LK show is awesome! He twitches his nose and bats his eyelashes! Phenomenal development that really helps the character in the show. LP article about that one to follow very soon! |
