Wed 3/7/2001 9:06p | I appreciate the ability to follow work on the new park in Tokyo, just as could be done over the Internet in tracking construction of the other new Disney park, the one here in California. The only problem with seeing all the activity at DisneySea is that I end up with a certain amount of aggravation. Aggravation due to envy over what they MAY be able to witness later in the year and a sense of missed opportunity over what I've seen here. |

Wed 3/7/2001 9:56p | I find the pictures a great motivator. It gives me motivation to save money so I can make a trip. Unfortunately for Disney I save the most money by not shopping at the Disney store or by visiting the US theme parks.
I also find the pictures give me a lot of hope. Hope that out there, there are people that have the same priorities as I do, and there are people out there that think it's truly awesome to see dreams come true.
But yes, there is a lot of aggrevation too. :-) |

I'm glad the shot are motivating. I've mentioned to construction workers, Imagineers, and everyone in between that people in America are excited about the park and how people who never thought seriously about coming to Japan are making plans to visit DisneySea. I'm almost always answered with a big smile. They're happy to hear it and I know it gives *them* motivation, too.
It's my understanding and experience that it rare to see Mt. Fuji from Chiba. It doesn't help that the bulk of Tokyo is between the two locations.
It really is up to anyone who wants to visit to put their mind to it and make it happen. There's always a way.
